The Winter "Hibernation" Effect
Even if you hit the gym during the winter, "cold weather stiffness" is a real thing! When our muscles haven't been pushed in specific ways for a few months, we are more prone to common spring injuries:

- Check Your Gear: Make sure your shoes haven't lost their support over the winter. Your joints will thank you!
